Paramedic Non-Compliance

I had been under the impression that paramedic continuing education was the responsibility of EMS Supervisors. However, Deputy Chief Hamm was kind enough to call me this afternoon and inform me otherwise.

Since I am now responsible for their C.E., Captains will have these four paramedics contact me personally before the end of this shift to discuss: a) why they have not completed their required training, and b) when I can expect it to be completed.

The personnel listed as non-compliant are:

Aalund, D., 7-B
Crain, S., 7-B
Mills, M., 8-B
Mamou-Bush, S., 17-B

I will call each station captain personally to follow up on this.
