How To Check Your Fire Department Email From Any Computer (For Dummies)
1. Click on this link (or enter this address in your web browser:
http://cohowa.cityofhouston.net/exchange/logon.asp ). [Updated 12/5/2011.]
2. You'll see this page:
[It looks different now, but you enter user name and password the same way.]
3. In the "Log on" box, put "e" plus your payroll number. For example, if your payroll is 079525, enter: e079525.
4. Click the words "click here" or just hit the "enter" key.
5. This screen should pop up:
6. Enter: "hfd/e" followed by your employee number.
7. Enter the same password that you use at the fire station.
8. Click "OK".
9. It should open your email in a screen that looks like this:
